Muscat: Khalid Bin Ahmed & Sons (KAS), one of the leading players in road construction in the Sultanate, has been awarded RO41.684 million road project by the Ministry of Transport and Communications. The project is phase 1 of the up-gradation of Sinaw-"Mahut-"Duqm road.
KAS has also been awarded another contract for construction of a road bridge in the Wilayat of Sur at a cost of RO3.147 million, by the same ministry.
Surendra Kumar, Managing Director of Khalid Bin Ahmed & Sons stated that the company is aware of the challenges ahead in completing these projects in time and are fully geared up to meet the challenges. KAS is also expecting to get more contracts in Oman.
