Jordan Dubai Properties (JD Properties), the investment arm of Jordan Dubai Capital (JD Capital) in the tourism and real-estate sectors, announced its latest development: A smart office building in Abdali, the central business district of Amman.
The 7-story building, will comprise extensive offices and retail shops, a number of service amenities, and a 3-floor underground parking to cater to the building's tenants. The cost of the project is estimated at JD15 million and is expected to be completed by the end of 2011.
JD Properties' CEO, Mr Nasser Al-Khaldi, said, "This investment reflects JD Properties' strategy in supporting projects that help position Jordan as an international and regional investment, business and tourism hub."
In turn, CEO of Abdali Investment & Development Company, Mr Mouhib Itani, said, "We welcome Jordan Dubai Properties as a substantial developer, and strategic investor in the new Central Business District of Amman, Abdali. I strongly believe that Jordan Dubai Properties' confidence in Abdali will complement our vision to deliver a state-of-the-art center to Amman.
