DOHA: Ezdan Real Estate Company, a leader in the real estate development sector in the region unveiled its future plans at the Qatar Cityscape 2012 exhibition yesterday.
Abdulrahman Al Najjar, Deputy CEO of Ezdan Real Estate Company, said: "Qatar CityScape is a unique opportunity to exchange views and experiences and discuss prospects for better cooperation." In the ongoing exhibition, Ezdan has displayed models of its leading current and future engineering and construction projects. In addition, Ezdan also shed light on its iconic projects that marked the company's march of success that extended for over five decades.
Al Najjar added: "Investors at the real state sector are in need of boosting communication with others by creating various channels in an attempt to exchange views and experiences, and discuss the prospects of cooperation with potential partners to be able to face challenges and develop their businesses. Al Najjar further added that there is no doubt that Cityscape Qatar and its associated seminars, meetings and conferences will pave the way in promising important investment, especially for those who are looking for innovative and creative ways that they can rely upon to achieve their business growth, which is consistent with the company's policy and objectives, set by Sheikh Thani bin Abdullah al Thani, Chairman of Ezdan Real Estate Company."
He said that by participating in the Qatar Cityscape, Ezdan seizes the opportunity to present its strategic vision before its counterparts; including the developers, investors at the real estate sectors and also the various amateurs.
Ezdan Real Estate Company continues to build various types of residential units and villages, it gears up to construct a number of projects that will provide an important addition to the real estate market in Qatar.
Some of the future projects of the real estate giant include: Ezdan Towers( 2 )also named as Asia Towers will be located at West Bay. The project is spread across 29,375 square meters. It comprises four residential towers with each tower consisting of about 30 floors.
White Square Tower: White Square Tower project is one of the series of towers Ezdan is building in the area overlooking the West Bay area, "Dafna". This will lead to a wider development of the company's presence in the real estate arena.
Al Wahab Tower: Al Wahab Tower project in West Bay, "Dafna" area, is an excellent architectural and engineering marvel which is considered to be the tallest tower among those which Ezdan is planning to build. It will consist of two basements, ground floor and 38 floors. The works on this project is expected to start soon.
Ezdan Hotel and Ezdan Village (42): 'Ezdan Hotel and Village 42' project on the North Road is one of the leading projects in this commercial and strategic arena. These will be provided by Ezdan Mall 1 that is expected to open this year. This particular project comprises of a hotel and a residential complex with an area of 113,940 sq m, while the project's total residential units is 891.
Three Malls: The Company has decided to invest in this sector by building three malls in Doha, Al Wakra and Al Wakair. It has taken into account that investing in this sector is an urgent need to keep up with the economic advancement of the country.
