Amman - Exports of the Amman Chamber of Industry (ACI) exceeded JD2 billion in the first 9 months of this year, an increase of 14 percent compared to the same period of 2009, according to ACI figures.
National exports that have acquired certificates of origin from the chamber rose to JD2.94 billion by the end of September compared to JD1.83 billion in the same period of 2009.
Iraq ranked first in terms of the biggest importers with JD568 million followed by Saudi Arabia JD270 million, India JD162 million and the United States JD95 million.
