The Dubai Commercial Court has adjourned to July 29 the case of Mashreq against the Al Gosaibi family in which the bank is demanding the payment of Dh1.4 million.
The court is waiting for the report of the accountancy expert. This is the second case filed by Mashreq. The fourth commercial court is hearing the case of Mashreq against Saudi billionaire Maan Abdullah Al Sanea and Saad company.
