Chinese investors will make $10 billion investment in water projects including dam building and water supply, an official said.
Mohammad Reza Attarzadeh, Iranian deputy energy minister, said that the government has approved investments to the tune of $5-6 billion and the rest will be approved in the near future.
Roodbar Dam, Chamshir Dam, Bakhtiari Dam and a number of water supply schemes are among the major projects to be undertaken with Chinese investment, he added.
