The shareholders of the Bahrain Cinema Company (BCC) yesterday approved a resolution reducing the number of directors to seven from eight members.
The decision to this effect was announced by the BCC after the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) and was attended by the 61.55 per cent of the total shareholding of the company. The EGM approved to amend the memorandum and article of association to reduce the board members.
