VAMED Engineering & Optimah (a subsidiary of Al Faisaliah Group) signed today a Memorandum of Understanding to deliver tailor-made Healthcare Turnkey Solutions including engineering and project management as well as strategic consulting services in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Vamed is a leading provider of healthcare turnkey services including design, engineering, equipping, and managing of health care facilities in more than 70 countries.
This announcement comes less than a year after Al Faisaliah signed a strategic partnership with leading Harvard teaching hospitals, revealing its intentions to create a subsidiary company capable of offering state of the art integrated healthcare services to leading healthcare providers in the Kingdom and the Middle East.
Mrs. Andrea Raffaseder, CEO of Vamed Engineering, and Prince Mohammed K.A. Al Faisal, President of Al Faisaliah Group holding, signed the Memorandum of Understanding in a ceremony attended by Austrian Ambassador to Saudi Arabia.
Al Faisal said: "We expect that the cooperation between Vamed and Optimah will contribute to new levels of healthcare services for the people of Saudi Arabia."
Raffaseder said: "Entering into a partnership with Al Faisaliah will put Vamed into a leading position to provide its expertise to Saudi healthcare market. We intend to build a long-term relationship with Optimah, which will enable us to address the important health care opportunities in the biggest growing market of the region."
