Ajman: Customers of Ajman Sewerage Co can now pay their wastewater bills at branches of Ajman Bank following a deal between the two firms.

The agreement was signed at Ajman Bank's premises on Monday in the presence of Olivier Crasson, general manager of Ajman Sewerage, Youssuf Al Ajmani, executive manager, Ali Essa Al Shaqoosh Al Mueen, acting CEO of Ajman Bank and Ahmad Osman, head, bank's Northern Emirates, Corporate Banking Group.

Customers will be able to pay their bills at any time through the Ajman Bank's ATMs.

They have also the choice of settling their wastewater bills by direct debit from their accounts at the bank.

Payments can be made at the branches at Sharjah's Buheirah Corniche, and at Ajman's Khalifa Street and Ajman Free Zone branches. They are open from Sunday to Thursday from 8am to 3pm.

Al Mueen said: "We are delighted with our cooperation with Ajman Sewerage which plays a pivotal role in building a better future for the Emirate of Ajman. That is an objective that we at Ajman Bank seek to achieve as well by providing the convenient environment for commercial, industrial and service investments. Therefore we share the same ultimate goal, though we use different tools".

Commenting on this agreement, Crasson said: "We are delighted to partner a prestigious institution such as Ajman Bank."

Ajman Sewerage has opened six customer service centres in different parts of the emirate. The main customer service centre is in the Al Zahra building behind the Ruler's court.
