Three media organisations - Emirates Media Inc, Arab Media Company, and Saudi Research and Publishing Company, have teamed up to establish the United Company for Publishing and Printing with a capital of dhs300 million of which Emirates Media Inc. will contribute 40 per cent while Arab Media Company and Saudi Research and Publishing Company will contribute 35 per cent and 25 per cent respectively. The new company will be based in Abu Dhabi.
