UAE: Dubai-based property developer Memon Investments has awarded a contract of dhs84.5 million ($23 million) to Al Jassmy Contracting for the construction of the 'Champions Tower IV', a 20-storey residential tower worth dhs450 million ($122 million).
The tower is being built in Dubai Sports City and is scheduled to be completed within the next 22 months. © 7Days 2009
