KUWAIT CITY, Feb 1: The General Traffic Department (GID) will issue a set of conditions which will help expatriates living and working in the country to get driving licenses, reports Al-Mustaqbal daily.
One of the conditions, according to the daily the applicant should have studied in Kuwaiti schools and hold a degree or diploma. The conditions are expected to be published soon following the formation of a committee.
