Airbus Booked 149 New Orders, Delivered 59 Aircraft In November

PARIS (Dow Jones)--Airbus delivered 59 aircraft and booked 149 new orders in November, boosted by major contracts with Qatar Airways , Aviation Group and Alafco for 110 of its single-aisle medium-haul A320 jets.
November's orders brought the total firm order intake for the first 11 months of this year to 1,521 aircraft, or 1,378 net orders after 143 cancellations. Last month's orders were also boosted by a contract with Qantas Airways Ltd. (QAN.AU).
The November order total also included five A380 superjumbos for Qatar Airways .
