KFH has integrated system of advanced services, products, real estate expertise
Ministry of Commerce and Industry Assistant Undersecretary for Foreign Affairs Sheikh Nemr Al-Sabah applauded the role of Kuwait Finance House (KFH) and its contributions in the real estate field. This statement was made during his visit to KFH booth at the Real Estate and Investment Expo that commenced yesterday. Many companies took part in the event and offered real estate in Kuwait and worldwide.
It is worth noting that KFH has an integrated system of real estate services and products that can meet the requirements of clients, whether they wish to buy, sell, or construct. This saves clients time and effort, and allows KFH to take advantage of its accumulative experience, human and financial resources, and its strong relationships in the market to offer unparalleled services to its clients.
Moreover, KFH has been keen to take part in the expo, but this year, its participation takes a different form through having a skillful team of employees from various KFH sectors, such as the banking and commercial sectors. KFH also sheds light on the terms and advantages of owning real estate in Turkey, which is a service presented by KFH-Turkey to Kuwaitis who seek to own real estate in Turkey. A team from KFH-Turkey was present at the expo.
KFH's participation in the event includes a bouquet of integrated financing products that allow KFH client to achieve his goals of purchasing and developing investment real estate through allowing him to purchase a piece of land by following a flexible system, such as Ijarah or Murabaha, and Istisnaa. This allows the clients to execute its real estate development plans while giving him the option of having KFH supervise the construction process.
