The five-star Park Rotana Abu Dhabi gave a warm welcome to Ted Espiritu, who has recently joined this five-star property as the new Executive Chef.
Originally from Korea, Chef Ted has a vast expertise in contemporary Southeast Asia cuisine. He has carved and honed his talent throughout more than 16 years of experience in numerous restaurant openings with some of the world leading restaurateurs, leading hotel chains and cruise lines, such as Fairmont Hotels, Marriott Hotels International and Norwegian Cruise Line.
Throughout his career, he was also honoured to cook for high-rank political and government officials.
Creative and passionate about his job, Chef Ted Espiritu will lead a multinational culinary brigade of Park Rotana Abu Dhabi with over 100 colleagues bringing the outlet and events menus to a new level with his modern innovative touches.
