Qatari Diar unveils strategic brand platform
Doha: Qatari Diar Real Estate Investment Company , an international leader in sustainable development, yesterday officially unveiled its new worldwide strategic brand platform " Qatari Diar : The Art of Real Estate" at the start of the three-day MIPIM 2012 being held in Cannes, France.The new identity reflects the distinctive values of the Middle East's most influential and innovative real estate company and underpins the ambitions the Qatar-based company has set for its next phase of developments around the world. Qatari Diar is currently developing or planning 49 projects in 29 countries, with a combined value of over $35bn.
"The Art of Real Estate signals a new era at Qatari Diar ; one that emphasises the human value we attach to all our developments as part of our mission to enrich the quality of lives of people wherever we serve them," said Eng. Mohammed bin Ali Al Hedfa, Group CEO of Qatari Diar .
Complementing the official launch in Cannes is the recently-unveiled new corporate website of Qatari Diar (www.qataridiar.com), which, while boasting new integrated content and features, is already serving as an electronic gateway to the latest information and communications from the company. MIPIM is one of the global real estate industry's foremost events held annually. In 2011, there were nearly 19,000 property leaders in attendance representing 90 countries.
Senior officials from the company are engaging with visitors to Qatari Diar 's stand at MIPIM and offering details on progress being made in Qatari Diar 's local and international portfolio, including new projects, sales launches and expansion in key markets across the UK, the Americas and the Middle East.
