Al Reyadah awarded AC management contract for luxury villas of B2B Hotels and Properties LLC
Company wins for its high technical expertise and continuous local support, says B2B Hotels and Properties LLC
Mr. Yassar Abdul Wahid, Director of Lease and Marketing, B2B Hotels and Properties LLC said: "We are delighted to appoint Al Reyadah to manage the AC systems in these 19 luxury villas in the B2B complex. We require high level cooling systems that are reliable and continuous. It took us sometime to find the right partner that will provide us with the quality of service that adheres to the standards that our tenants require."
Al Reyadah won the contract for their high technical expertise and their full dedication, in addition to their round the clock technical support.
Engineer Mohammed Swairjo, General Manager, Al Reyadah added: "We are delighted to be appointed by a leading hospitality group to manage the AC system at these luxury villas. The demand of customers are challenging, however, we follow a well rounded customer service system that allows us to streamline and cater to individual requests."
He added: "Being appointed by such a reputable company demonstrates that Al Reyadah has succeeded in communicating our superior customer experience that very few cooling companies can offer in the UAE."
According to the contract, Al Reyadah is in charge of offering round the clock maintenance service to the 19 villas at B2B area in Abu Dhabi.
Al Reyadah is a specialised AC contracting and management company that works across different sectors, including hospitals, schools, universities, sportive clubs, factories, residential units, offices and other facilities. The company works on treating all sorts of maintenance as well. It aims at developing and building long term relationships with its customers to ensure a reliable service to them.
Owned by B2B Hotels and Properties LLC, B2B complex is half a million square feet development that includes AAA commercial tower, the Fairmont Bab Al Bahr Hotel and 19 state of the art contemporary villas, strategically located at the mainland gateway to the cosmopolitan city of Abu Dhabi.
Mr. Abdul Wahid added: "We take pride that all the components of our B2B complex has a strikingly unique architecture while the beachfront aspect offers the highest level of aesthetics and elegance. Moreover, the well planned landscaped areas across the property, the F&B outlets and the abundance of parking spaces enhance the leading position of the complex not only in the UAE but also across the region."
