Daman Launches Health Engagement Platform for Customers
Daman Customer Club introduced
ActiveLife offered as unique discount program through the club
As the first and only service of its kind offered in the region by a health insurance company, the platform will be available to Daman 's 2.1 million members and is accessible by entering insurance card details. Daman Customer Club enables its members to secure a range of healthy living inspired benefits, including discount privileges, health and wellbeing related tips from the company's partners and access to special events and activities. These benefits will continue to be built on over the coming months.
"The conception of Daman 's Customer Club marks a new phase in the development of our customer service offering, which is now among the most comprehensive, not just in the UAE, but in the region," said Dr. Michael Bitzer, Chief Executive Officer of Daman .
The club's website also includes an interactive feedback section, where members can suggest services and products to be made available in the future. Through ActiveLife, Daman will organize community activities to raise awareness about diseases resulting from unhealthy lifestyles, and promote ways in which to prevent them.
Plans are also underway for a dedicated forum to discuss health and wellness issues which will be launched in the near future and will be open to both members and non-members alike. Additionally, the Customer Club will soon offer health tips, healthy recipes and videos related to Daman 's Disease Management Programs.
Existing members who hold a 'My Daman ' profile on the company's website can use the same information to access the club. New members can log directly into the club website at www.damanhealth.ae/club.
