Percentage achieved to declare Salah al-Din province a region - source
SALAH AL-DIN: The signatories needed to declare Salah al-Din province a region have been completed and will be handed over to the province's Electoral Commission, the secretary general of Salah al-Din's Regional Conference announced today .Najih al-Mizan told Aswat al-Iraq that all technical details were completed and the names were checked according to electoral records, without any repetition of names in addition to other technical matters.
He added that the required 2 percent was achieved, "and more".
