BMW Group to unveil Rolls Royce models
By Silvia Radan ABU DHABI - During the inauguration of the world's biggest BMW Group showroom tonight two bespoke Rolls Royce models will be unveiled."Rolls-Royce Phantom Rayan" and "Rolls-Royce Phantom Coupe Rayan" were designed in partnership with Lebanese fashion designer Walid Atallah.
"Walid Atallah is one of the most distinctive and renowned designers in the region, with a glittering track record of dressing the stars of the Arab World. The synergies with the Rolls-Royce brand name in terms of exquisite design, elegance and exclusivity, makes this a perfect match," said Kadhim Al Helli, Rolls-Royce brand manager at Abu Dhabi Motors. The two fashioned Rolls are presented in a colour combination that features a Cashmere and Cobalt0 Blue interior and an Admiral Blue exterior with a twin coachline in Mandarin, the new Rolls Royce bespoke colour. Additionally, the vehicles are fitted with an Illuminated Spirit of Ecstasy a special diamond encrusted Rolls Royce mascot, which was created last year to celebrate the icon's centenary. It features 2,300 diamonds with an estimated value of Dh 900,000.
The seats, which are made of full natural leather grain, feature Cobalto Blue piping and special Rolls-Royce monogram engraved onto the headrests. The glove box is embroidered with the personalised message: "Rayan motif - one of one. Inspired by Walid Atallah".
