The Kuwait Oil and Gas Summit & Exhibition introduces new features for 2012
Kuwait 5th February 2012: The CWC Group Limited organizers of the Kuwait Oil and Gas (KOG) Summit & Exhibition hosted by KPC and leading government representatives from the 12th to the 15th of February at the Regency Hotel, have announced the new activities and features that will take place during KOG 2012.All participants will be registered on Sunday 12th February at 5.00 pm at the Regency Hotel; a drink reception hosted by Baker Botts will be available for all attendees while waiting for the official opening ceremony of KOG 2012. The Welcoming Address and Opening Ceremony presented by the CWC Group will take place at 6.30 pm in the Exhibition Hall at the Regency Hotel, followed by a VIP Tour of the Exhibition led by CWC Group.
KOG 2012 together with KPC will host a special evening at the Al-Hashemi II Grand Ballroom. The Gala Dinner, reserved for delegates only, will take place at the Al Hashemi II, the largest wooden boat in the world, on Monday 13 February.
On February 15, two VIP tours will be organized and available free of charge to all delegates. The first one will be a VIP tour of the KNPC Mina Al-Ahmadi Refinery built in 1949, one of the world's most modern refineries in terms of refining capacity and advanced technology employed. The second VIP tour will be of the unique Burgan's Oasis. Usually restricted to KOC 's employees only, delegates are invited to attend this site visit hosted by Kuwait Oil Company of the Oasis.
