Pahlawan fully redeems RM450 million Al-Bai Bithaman Ajil Islamic Debt Securities
RAM Ratings has received confirmation from CIMB Investment Bank Berhad, the Facility Agent, that Pahlawan Power Sdn Bhd has fully redeemed its RM450 million Al-Bai Bithaman Ajil Islamic Debt Securities (2002/2012). As such, RAM Ratings no longer has any rating obligation on the said debt facility, and the AA1 rating (with a stable outlook) is no longer applicable.
