Saraya Aqaba addresses solutions with customers
Amman, Feb.2(Petra)-- Saraya Aqaba announced that discussions will start within weeks with clients who bought units at Saraya Aqaba project. The Company is committed to addressing all challenges that faced the project so far and so as to resolve all outstanding issues with home buyers, Saraya Aqaba sources said, adding that Saraya Aqaba management is currently working diligently to resume construction work on site and move in full force towards the completion of the project, General Manager of Saraya Aqaba Saud Soror said that "The company understands a number of home buyers have been frustrated due to the delays in the delivery of housing units', noting the company is determined to find the necessary solutions. We do appreciate the patience of all of our customers and we look forward to addressing their needs within the coming weeks, Soror added.Saraya Aqaba is Saraya's flagship destination and is located on the north shore of Aqaba. The project comprises approximately 634,000 sqm of master planned development that will be built around a man-made lagoon adding approximately 1.5 km of beachfront to the Gulf of Aqaba. The approximate total cost of the project is over one billion USD.
Saraya Aqaba offers lavish residential units including Grand Villas, Villas, Townhouses and Apartments in addition to the Beach Club Duplexes. It also features a number of 5-star hotels.
Jumeirah, the luxury hospitality group, will operate a number of these hotels in addition to operating the "Wild Wadi" Water Park. Jumeirah will also service the Grand Villas and Villas.
Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide Inc will operate the rest of the hotels. This will contribute to increasing the hotel capacity of the city of Aqaba with more than 1100 hotel rooms.
The project will also include a unique mix of retail through Souk Saraya, as well as other entertainment facilities namely; a water park, beach club, sports park, a conference center and an amphitheater. Saraya Aqaba will also offer various cultural and entertainment activities.
