KHC appoints Rasha El-Hoshan as board member
RIYADH: Kingdom Holding Company ( KHC ), chaired by Prince Alwaleed bin Talal, has announced the appointment of Rasha Amer El-Hoshan as an independent board member and a member of KHC 's audit committee as of Jan. 30.Rasha, an engineer, is the general manager of Hoshan Furniture, and also an executive committee member and a board member of Hoshan Group . Rasha holds MS in interior design from Pratt Institute in New York and received her Bachelors in political Science-Middle East from the American University in Washington, DC.
Prince Alwaleed said: "Rasha's experience will add value to Kingdom Holding Company and the new appointment reflects our ongoing commitment to achieve the objectives of the shareholders."
