Saudia Dairy and Foodstuff Company (SADAFCO) would like to announce the completion of all regulatory and legal requirements to register the ownership of the land in Riyadh Sulaymaniya district on Sunday 29/01/2012. The said Land measures 4,628.10 four thousand six hundred and twenty eight meters and ten centimeters and it was registered in the companys name by deed number 810124013133 issued by the First Notary in Riyadh dated 06/03/1433H corresponding to 29/01/2012.The book value of the land is SR 4,645 against which a provision was created on 31 march 2010 due to non completion of the legal issues for selling the land and the sale contract has being revoked.© Tadawul 2012
