Deyaar to hand over more than 1,000 units this year
By Staff Dubai-based Deyaar Development will hand over three commercial and one residential tower, comprising over 1,000 residential and commercial units, this year, the company said in a statement.The hand over for commercial tower, Fifty One @ Business Bay (164 units), will start in February followed by Oakwood Residency (344 units) in International Media Production Zone by March.
The Burlington (476 units) and Oxford Tower (96 units) in Business Bay will be delivered in the second half of the year.
In April 2011, Deyaar handed for 595 apartments in its three residential projects - Mayfair Tower ( 218 units), Mayfair Residency (213 units), and Clayton Residency (164 units) - in Business Bay.
