Kingdom 'priority market for 3M Gulf'
3M Gulf , a recognized leader in research and development, has hosted an exclusive event for its key industry customers in the Kingdom.George W. Buckley, 3M chairman, president and CEO, shared insights on how 3M innovation would contribute to growth in this emerging market.
Addressing customers, Buckley said: "At 3M , we are committed to being an integral part of this inspiring development process that Saudi Arabia has embarked upon. I am confident that our thousands of unique and innovative solutions will contribute significantly to the success of businesses across industry sectors."
The customer event held at the Al-Faisaliyah Hotel, Riyadh, saw the participation of customers from 3M 's key businesses including healthcare, consumer and office, electro and communications, industrial and transportation, safety, security and protection services and display and graphics.
Malik said: "With half of the region's sales emerging from Saudi Arabia, the country is a priority market for 3M and aggressive expansion plans have been outlined, especially for the Western and Eastern regions. Today's customer event is one of our many initiatives that have been developed to engage with our key partners in the country who will be instrumental toward achieving the desired growth for the company."
