22 Janauary 2012
Edible Arrangements are officially open for business in Al Ain. The New store is located in the new extension of the prestige Al Ain Mall, which officially opened it's doors to the public on the 40th Anniversary of the UAE National Day.
The store can be found at the entrance of the new Jumeirah Hotel which is part of the Al Ain Mall in the heart of Al Kuwaitat district.
H.E. Sheikh Hamad Bin Mohammed Bin Hamad Bin Rakadh Al Ameri Member Of The Federal National Council officially inaugurated the new Edible Arrangements store on Wednesday 18th January 2012. Guests were greeted with entertainment and hospitality followed by demonstrations of fruit shapes and bouquets being dipped in chocolate and a tour of the facility.
The new Edible Arrangements store is owned by a well known and established local businessman Mr Mohammed Al Khazraji who decided to open the franchise in Al Ain after discovering the brands unique concept. Mr Mohammed Alkhazraji says: "I am delighted to play a part in bringing such a well recognized brand to Al Ain. I believe this unique concept and philosophy will be incredibly successful in this market. The Edible Arrangements concept works well in the niche Arab and Expatriate communities. Customers in Al Ain have been very supportive about this new innovative business concept. I am planning to open more branches in other parts of the district in the coming months".
Edible Arrangements Al Ain, have been participating in local community campaigns like Breast Cancer Awareness week, which was hosted at the New Al Ain Mall expansion in November. The audience was taken by surprise when survivors of Breast Cancer were presented with Fruit Bouquets as a token of appreciation by Mr Mohammed Al Khazraji. Miss Maryam Nihad an excited local resident of Al Ain said "When I saw the ladies on stage receiving the cool looking bouquets I really wanted some too! I can't wait for the Edible Arrangements store to open in Al Ain. My friends would love it if I surprised them with this great idea!".
The new Al Ain store has had a good start with sales cashing in on the festive Christmas and new years events in the local district. The most popular items being ordered in the recent days had been the Very Merry Fruit design for Christmas and The Fruit festival with the 2012 carved numbers for news years.
Edible Arrangements is an American based franchise which was founded by CEO & President Mr Tariq Farid who turned this unique concept into the fastest growing franchise in the US with over 1093 stores internationally, including South America, Europe, Middle East, South Asia and Far East.
The concept behind Edible Arrangements is fresh fruit arrangements! Mr Tariq Farid came up with a healthy, fun, spontaneous idea of delicious fruit bouquets and fruit arrangements that resemble floral arrangements. The fruit bouquets are made from a variety of fresh fruit including strawberries, pineapple, melons, oranges, apples and dates just to name a few.
The gift baskets are made with the highest fruit quality, additionally providing the option of dipping the delicious fruit in gourmet Belgian chocolate before coating it in either crushed pistachio, almonds or coconut.
Edible Arrangements bouquets add class and perfection to any occasion, be it engagements, weddings, Ramadan, Eid, anniversaries, corporate events, business meetings or employee appreciation occasions.
