The 16th edition of the Largest Dental Exhibition in the Middle East and North Africa to be Held End of Month
More than 900 Exhibiting Companies from 80 Countries and More than 28,000 Visitors and Participants
Index Conferences and Exhibitions Organisation Est. - member of INDEX Holding announced earlier that a total number of 9 halls at the Dubai international Convention and Exhibition Centre are booked for the conference and exhibition, while 5 halls are dedicated for the exhibition, a total of 4 halls are dedicated for the conference, workshops, hands-on and training sessions.
More than 110 speakers and specialists from 80 countries are participating in the scientific activities during AEEDC which is expected to attract more than 28,000 visitors and participants from 132 countries. AEEDC will kick off on the 31st of January for a total of three days; it will also be marked by the attendance of heads of delegates and officials from all participating countries.
Dr. Al Madani also said that AEEDC Dubai is an outstanding opportunity for all dentists and decision makers from the public and private sectors where they can check the latest products and equipment revealed by international companies and buy their needs from prominent dentistry companies. Dr. Al Madani also announced that for this year, the number of international pavilions reached 17 exhibiting countries.
"This year, there are more than 900 exhibiting companies from 80 countries participating in AEEDC Dubai, and we are expecting billions of dollars worth of deals to be signed during the three days of the exhibition." Continued Dr. Al Madani
AEEDC Dubai 2012 is embracing a number of new dental specialties every year for the benefit of national and international participating dentists who come to Dubai for this particular purpose. The conference organizes more than 110 lectures, 5 workshops, 8 specialized sessions presented by 110 international experts and specialists.
Dr. Nasser Al Malik Chairman of the AEEDC Dubai Conference said: "AEEDC Dubai this year includes a number of intensive scientific activities such as: the Arab-Asian-African-American Scientific Dental Alliance meeting with 70 representing countries, the GCC Preventive Dentistry Conference, Arab Dental Federation Council Meeting, CAD / CAM Forum, Cone Beam CT, the Advanced Specialty Courses, Specialized lectures in Laser Dentistry, Specialized lectures in Implantology and Aesthetic Dentistry Specialized lectures in Oral Hygiene, AEEDC Dubai Student Competition, AEEDC Dubai 2012 Awards, Poster Presentations and Competition, Oral Poster Presentations, in addition to the entertainment activities such as the AEEDC VIP Dinner, AEEDC Dubai Night which will be attended by more than 1500 people."
"It is an excellent opportunity for the dental students and junior dentists to meet prominent international dentists and experts and learn from their expertise and meet them in person after reading their books." Added Dr. Nasser.
Moreover, the organising committee of AEEDC every year organises the Dubai World Dental Meeting (DWDM) at the Novotel Hotel from January 28th and until January 30th. The DWDM is an educational pre-course meeting running prior to AEEDC Dubai with more than 5 specialists and speakers coming to Dubai from the United States of America, France and Germany. These specialists will be delivering their latest and most updated practices in dentistry to more than 200 dentist participants.
The DWDM includes a number of scientific activities including lectures, scientific sessions and hands-on workshops. This year the DWDM sessions will cover Endodontics, Implantology, Restorative Dentistry, Dental Clinic Management and Infection Control.
