20 randomly selected KFHB staff spends a day out with Abdulhakeem Alkhayyat
In an initiative to enhance communication
Each month, 20 randomly selected staff from the Bank are given an opportunity to spend a full day out of the office with Mr. Abdulhakeem Alkhayyat.
The initiative, organised by the KFH-Bahrain 's Human Resources Department, continues to prove successful and has contributed highly towards maintaining and strengthening communication bridges between the CEO & the Bank's employees.
"The key asset for any successful organization is its people and our members of the KFH-Bahrain family are encouraged to be leaders who will contribute towards taking KFH-Bahrain forward into a promising future," said Mr. Sattam Algosaibi, Executive Manager and Head of Corporate Finance and Human Resources at KFH-Bahrain .
