DEWA develops and implements world's first public utility application

In this regard, DEWA develops its services on a regular and continuous basis to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction," said HE Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer, MD and CEO of DEWA .
"This new application demonstrates DEWA 's relentless efforts to deliver the best e-services to save its customers' both time and effort. We always seek to be at the forefront by creating and implementing cutting-edge technologies to achieve customer satisfaction and enhance Dubai's vision by delivering world-class electricity and water services," His Excellency added.
DEWA provides regular payment channels through its offices, and also through petrol stations such as ENOC and EPPCO, Emirates Post Offices, Etisalat and Banks' payment machines, mpay through the website mpay.dubai.ae, through DEWA 's electronic portal (www.dewa.gov.ae), through the applications of smart phones and devices including iPhone, Blackberry, Blackberry Playbook, iPad, Android and Windows 7.
