Dewa unveils new SLAs for efficiency
DUBAI - The Dubai Electricity and Water Authority , or Dewa , has launched its service level agreements (SLAs) initiative to achieve internal operational excellence to improve its service.The scheme is part of the Dewa 's strategic vision to be "a recognised world-class utility".
