Reference to the companys announcement dated 22/01/2011 of appointing Mr. Abdullah Mohammed Al Othman, Chairman of the Executive Committee and Member of the Board of Directors as Acting CEO until the recruitment of a CEO, Saudi United Cooperative Insurance Company ( Walaa ) announces the receipt of SAMA approval dated 26/12/2011 on the appointment of Mr. Johnson Varughese as Acting Chief Executive Officer, and he will start his duties effective 26/12/2011. Mr. Varughese has been working as the companys CFO since Oct.20, 2007.
