The record set during the recent port call of the 349-metre long MSC Madeleine highlights DP World , UAE Region's leading position as the most efficient marine terminal operator in the Middle East with a focus on constantly improving quay crane rates, which deliver direct benefits to the customers in terms of time and cost saved.
"Operational efficiency is a watchword at DP World , UAE Region. We have set out to demonstrate to our customers and the industry that we can consistently provide a high quality of service. We congratulate the operations team."
"Container handling at our terminals is a carefully choreographed operation that integrates our highly skilled manpower with state-of-the-art machines. The new productivity benchmark set by our team while servicing MSC Madeleine is a result of the fundamental business process changes we have been introducing in recent years. We congratulate everyone who has made this possible."
