Saudia Cargo obtains ISO 9001:2008 certificate
Jeddah - December 11, 2011: Recently, Saudi Airlines Cargo Co. obtained ISO 9001:2008 certificate (Quality Management System) by Moody International Limited. ISO 9001 is considered as the most important international certifications aimed to develop company activities and services; applying quality management principles is reflected on company's performance and achievement. Eight months of effort took Quality Management team to make sure that all International Standards requirements and conditions are fulfilled; this is a part of company's commitment to keep pace with Cargo industry worldwide, improve customer quality service, and elevate customer satisfaction level.
Mr. Fahad hammed expressed his appreciation to the quality team and colleges for their effort by applying quality standers further he demanded to maintain this certification and exert more effort
Quality Management Manager, Mr. Fahad Abdulrazaq handed over ISO: 9001 certificate to Saudi Cargo CEO.
Saudi Airlines Cargo operates 12 freighters and sells the belly-capacity on 125 passenger aircraft for Saudi Arabian Airlines spanning a rapidly expanding global network of 225 destinations.
