KFH-Bahrain supports Supreme Council for Women (Bahraini Women's Day 2011)
Kuwait Finance House - Bahrain ( KFH-Bahrain ) announced its sponsorship of the celebration of Bahraini Women's Day 2011 and the "Bahraini Women's Role in Economical Development" forum which was held during the period 7-8 December 2011, under the patronage of HRH Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa, wife of His Majesty the King and Chairwoman of the Supreme Council for Women.
The Bahraini Women's Day is when women are recognized for their achievements irrespective of divisions, whether they be ethnic, cultural, economic or political.
During the ceremony, HRH Princess Sabeeka honoured government bodies, private and international organisations, civil societies and individuals for their role in bolstering the status of women and promoting them as key partners in the country's progress.
Mr Abdul Razak Jawahery, Executive Manager at KFH-Bahrain , received a token of appreciation from HRH Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa at the opening ceremony.
