Batelco Enhances E-Services
Simple, User Friendly Processes with Added BenefitsManama, Bahrain: Batelco , the Kingdom's leading communications services provider continues to enhance its online options for the benefit of its customers. Accordingly, Batelco is currently in the process of enhancing its e-Services portal and eBilling service, to provide greater convenience and put a wider range of online services at its customers' fingertips.
Batelco 's e-Services portal provides ease of access for customers to a range of services such as View and Pay Bills, Managing Broadband or Mobile Accounts, Subscribe or Upgrade to a range of Broadband and Mobile Services, Customise Packages and Reserve Nice Numbers.
The e-Billing Service, one of the most popular services available on the site, delivers a secure and convenient way to review and pay your phone bills which has the added dimension of being good for the environment. Batelco encourages all its customers to 'Go Paperless - Go E-Billing' by registering for e-Billing via the Company's e-Services Portal.
E-Billing is simply about receiving phone bills by e-mail instead of through the post. By using the e-Billing service customer can:-
- Receive an electronic version of their monthly phone bills by e-mail
- View the bill details and pay online using a credit or debit card
- Download and save bills in PDF format
- Help save the environment by disabling paper bills
Batelco Group General Manager Ahmed Al Janahi said that Batelco 's e-Billing is a free service introduced to meet the demand from customers for electronic services that are easy to use, convenient and additionally environmentally friendly, by eliminating paper bills.
Customers who already have an e-Service account may visit batelco.com and access eServices via the login link now available on the homepage. New customers are also invited to register via the batelco.com homepage. The site is user friendly and includes educational tutorials and FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions) with answers, for the assistance of customers.
