Dubai based Globaleye opens new UK Recruitment Office

In order to meet the demands for the company's growth plans going into 2012, Dubai based financial advisory company, Globaleye, have amalgamated their operations in the UK with a new office in the centre of Manchester. The new venture is primarily a recruitment and training facility, but will also accommodate the company's UK call centre.

Globaleye are one of the few international firms to have a dedicated recruitment facility to ensure the specific standards the company demands are met. The 3500sq foot operation supports a fully fledged training facility so that new recruits looking to join the company can be trained initially in the UK to determine their suitability before going overseas. Manchester is ideally located for attending candidates and the Providers have shown solid support to host and conduct product training accordingly as part of the overall induction programme.

The UK call centre also provides an invaluable back -office service to Globaleye's international Wealth Managers, with a team of Business Development Managers solely booking appointments for advisors. This service will complement Globaleye's existing call centres in the Middle East and Asia, increasing the overall appointment making activity with an intention to run a shift system with over 30 Business Development Managers by the end of Q1 2012.
