Announcement made by: IIG Funding Limited - International Investment Group - Court Judgement
International Investment Group - Court JudgementThursday, November 24, 2011 - A judgment was issued by the Court of First Instance on 21 November 2011 in the case No 2707/2010 commercial, involving Osoul Investment Company against IIG, whereby it was resolved that the latter pays the former an amount of KD 3,910,665. It is important to note that, as this judgment is issued from the Court of First Instance, IIG is entitled to appeal it and has already undertaken appeal measures.
