Kuwait, 14 November 2011: Gulf Bank customers today hailed the successful launch of its new 'We Promise' program to offer its customers the best and the fastest financial service in Kuwait. In the program, Gulf Bank makes five promises to its customers: to deliver your Gulf Bank cards the same day; to disburse your loan the same day; to finance your dream car the same day; to deposit your salary early morning and to keep queuing time below 10 minutes.
Since the launch on 16th October, the program has existing customers enthusiastic, and has also attracted many new customers, both expressing their eagerness to receive Gulf Bank 's exceptional customer service.
The program affirms Gulf Bank 's commitment towards its customers in terms of accuracy, quality and time of transactions. The Bank also guarantees that all customers will enjoy excellent and fast banking transactions, making their visit to the Bank's branches a productive one. These commitments ensure that this level of service is more than just a program, rather a culture that goes beyond typical customer transactions, to include unsurpassable levels of customer satisfaction.
These are real promises and we have made them because we believe that our customers deserve the best.
