DM Healthcare launches ASTER Medical Centre and Pharmacy in Jebel Ali Industrial City
The new facility will cater to the industrial hub of Dubai including Jebel Ali Free Zone Area ( JAFZA ), Jebel Ali Industrial City (JAIC) and Dubai Investment Park (DIP)
Dubai: October 30, 2011: ASTER, a leading healthcare chain in the region, part of DM Healthcare, has expanded its reach in the UAE with a medical center and pharmacy at the residential cluster of the Jebel Ali Industrial City. Located within the Nesto Hypermarket in Jebel Ali Industrial City, the clinic enjoys a very central location in the industrial hub that includes the Jebel Ali Free Zone Area ( JAFZA ), Jebel Ali Industrial City and Dubai Investment Park (DIP). As a part of its aim to provide the best available medical service to the community, the clinic will be operational from 8am to 10pm throughout the week.
The clinic is focused on serving the labor community and corporate in the area where accessibility to good medical care is limited. Serving the various communities residing in and around the Jebel Ali Industrial City, ASTER Medical Center has placed expert doctors of various nationalities at the clinic. The clinic is strategically located to facilitate easy access to the clinic without the commute across town for the communities in and around the Jebel Ali area.
Speaking about the new venture, Dr. Hari Menon, General Manager -Operations, Clinics Division of DM Healthcare said, "Our aim is to ensure that quality healthcare is accessible to everyone, right from the corporate in the area to the labor communities. Considering that the core populace that occupies this area is bachelors, the clinic will have general practitioners, and will soon offer specialty services as well.
