Banque Saudi Fransi announces a change in its Board of Directors members by appointing a new member in replacement of the resigning one.
This refers to the previous announcement published on Tadawul site on 19.10.1432H (Corresp. 17.9.2011G) advising the resignation of Mr. Alain Massiera, Representative of the Foreign partner Bank, in Banque Saudi Fransi Board of Directors starting from 15.9.2011, Banque Saudi Fransi announces the approval of Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency, via their letter Ref. Mash/wm/957 dated 28.11.1432H (26.10.2011), of the recommendation of Banque Saudi Fransi Board of Directors to appoint Mr. Thierry Paul Michel Marie Simon as Board member (representing the foreign partner bank) in replacement of Mr. Alain Massiera.BSF Board members take this opportunity to reiterate their appreciation for
