"Currently Samsonite in Oman enjoys absolute leadership in the premium category of the luggage segment.
In the coming months Samsonite will increase its focus on the premium business category with the introduction of 4 new premium leather lines. Also on the anvil are some very revolutionary designs in luggage slated to be launched in the year 2012," said Subrata Dutta.
He said the idea behind the expansion plan was to gain leadership in the luggage sector in the GCC and Oman.
