DAMAC Properties to Unveil Total Luxury Experience at Cityscape Global
UAE September 18th 2011: The Middle East's largest independent developer DAMAC Properties will showcase its award-winning luxury development portfolio at Cityscape Global 2011.DAMAC Properties ' stand at Cityscape will reflect the developer's strategic focus on providing a holistic luxury experience across all hospitality, residential, commercial, retail and leisure developments.
"This year will be very different to anything we have ever done before at Cityscape. As a company, DAMAC Properties is taking the luxury experience to a whole new level. Cityscape will give us an opportunity to show people firsthand what we mean by that," said Niall Mc Loughlin, Senior Vice President of DAMAC Properties .
" DAMAC Properties is one of the most highly regarded developers in the region, with a proven track record of delivering high quality, luxury properties to market. Through our partnership with Versace Home in Beirut and Jeddah, we have set a new benchmark for luxury residential development in the region, and our display at Cityscape will reflect that," Mc Loughlin added.
Cityscape comes less than two months after DAMAC Properties launched 'The DAMAC Residences with Versace Home Interiors' in Jeddah, during a month long promotional campaign at Harrods in London. The designer residential apartments occupy the higher floors of the developer's 46-storey 'Al Jawharah' tower in Jeddah.
"We launched the limited release Versace-branded Jeddah apartments at Harrods in London, which means Cityscape in Dubai will be the first time that these apartments will be on display in the Middle East region. We are expecting a lot of interest in this particular development," Mc Loughlin commented.
The 49-storey 'Burjside Boulevard' serviced apartment development is also expected to peak interest from visitors to the event. Construction has advanced to level 33, and given the development's premium location in exclusive Downtown Dubai, opposite the Dubai Mall; it's already attracting a lot of attention.
Speaking about the development Mc Loughlin revealed: "The concept for Burjside Boulevard is groundbreaking for DAMAC Properties . It'll be DAMAC Properties ' first serviced apartments. Burjside Boulevard bridges the divide between high-end residential apartments and luxury five-star hotels."
DAMAC Properties ' main focus for the past two years has been construction and delivery, and the developer's stand at Cityscape this year will strongly convey that message. DAMAC is one of a handful of Dubai developers that has still been building and delivering to customers during the downturn.
"We relish the chance to highlight our progress across our numerous projects. Our track record for delivery over the past year speaks for itself, we have kept our promises to customers and I think visitors to our stand will be more impressed by our display of completed buildings," Mc Loughlin concluded.
Cityscape will take place at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre from the 27th-29th of September. DAMAC Properties ' representatives will be available at stand 8C10 for more information on exhibited and upcoming projects.
