Banque Saudi Fransi announces the resignation of one of the Banks directors
Banque Saudi Fransi announces that Mr. Alain Massierra, the representative of the foreign partner, Banque Calyon, in the Banks board of director, has submitted his resignation as a director in the Banks Board of Directors, with effect from 15.9.2011. The name of the new director will be announced after securing the approval of the concerned authorities for his appointment. Banque Saudi Fransi wishes to express thanks and gratitude to Mr. Alain Massierra for his effective contribution to the Banks positive results during his work duration.© Tadawul 2011
