Ministry of Health expands employment, Civil Services OK's
By By Abdullah Al-Maqati DHULUM - The Ministry of Health is continuously coordinating with the Ministry of Civil Service to appoint Saudi men and women to 4,000 vacant technical positions, Dr. Abdullah Al-Rabeah, Minister of Health, said Tuesday. "Each candidate nominated by the Ministry of Civil Service will be appointed and provided with a position, in accordance with King Abdullah's directives," the minister said.Dr. Al-Rabeah, who met Tuesday at the Ministry's headquarters with graduates of health institutes and colleges, and job applicants, emphasized that once the vacant technical positions in the health sector become available, they will be filled by male and female graduates.
In the last two years, Saudis have filled 60,000 technical positions in the health sector and about 15,000 other positions in the sector, he said.
