Allianz Saudi Fransi Cooperative insurance Company announces the appointment of a Director
Reference to our announcement dated 20/8/2011 concerning the resignation of Mr. Jean Marie Marrion , Allianz Saudi Fransi for Cooperative Insurance announces that the Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Mr. Abdurrahman Amin Jawa as Board Member representing the partner Banque Saudi Fransi starting from 18/09/2011 G, replacing Mr. Jean Marie Marion whose resignation will be effective on the 17/9/2011 G. The official authorities approved the nomination of Mr. Abdurrahman Amin Jawa. This decision will be represented in next General Assembly for authorization as per the procedure.© Tadawul 2011
