Dubai Selected to be the Permanent Host of the Global Water and Beverage Technology Congress GWBT 2011
Dubai - United Arab Emirates, August 21st 2011: The Emirate of Dubai was selected to host the first Global Water and Beverage Technology Congress (GWBT Dubai 2011) this Coming November. The first GWBT will be held in conjunction with the fourth edition of the Dubai Drink Technology Expo, which will take place from November 29th - December 1st 2011.
Index Conferences and Exhibitions Organisation Establishment has the privilege to organize this prestigious event, in cooperation with the International Society of Beverage Technologists (ISBT) and several other European and Asian Associations and Alliances. The congress is being held for the first time in the MENA region and Asia continent this year and Dubai has been selected amongst others to be the permanent headquarter for this congress.
The congress will add value to all participating companies through its educational programs, workshops and seminars. The GWBT will also open new markets and investment opportunities for the participants at the event; it is also a mode to identify new business partners.
The Global Water and Beverage Technology Congress is dedicating a full day workshop delivered by the International Society of Beverage Technologists (ISBT), where more than 10 international speakers from the members will present their latest researches and presentations. In addition, more than 1000 international figures are taking part in the congress program.
The sessions will touch upon the following topics; Emerging Beverage Market & Global Industry Changes, the Latest Technologies in the Beverage and Packaging Industry, Performance and Trends for the Beverage Industry, Best Practice of Packaging & Labeling, Water Purifying and Quality Control System, Go Green!, New Direction for our Beverage Innovation, Global Issues & Technology and Methods to increase the efficiency of bottling plants and more.
Topics discussed at the GWBT will also tackle the environmental aspect through encouraging the recycle trends, the green initiatives, protecting the environment in addition to some marketing techniques focusing on how to build a brand in the market.
Mr. Al Madani also said: "H.H. Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahian President of the UAE and H.H. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashed Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai are always keen to support all private and public sector's initiatives that contribute highly to the development of the economy of the UAE.
International companies specialized in Beverages and its technologies are taking part in the congress as well, some of those names are; Pepsi - Asia, Middle East and Africa, Coca Cola Middle East, Union Beverages Factory, Oasis Water Factory, Masafi Co LLC, Agthai group PJSC, Al Rawabi Company LLC, Al Safi, Aujan Industries co, Maaza International etc.
