Rufi Real Estate hands over its luxury residential project, Rufi Gardens
The state-of-the-art building has Ground+10 floors along with two basement parking levels and a host of luxury features and amenities
Rufi Gardens is a Ground+10 floors modern building complex, complete with two basement parking levels and a host of luxury features and amenities including a fully equipped gymnasium, a large swimming pool, play areas for children, separate sauna and steam rooms for ladies and gents. The roof-top area has been converted into an open-air facility for the residents to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Residents also enjoy reserved car parking assigned to every apartment.
Commenting on the hand-over of Rufi Gardens, Mr Rameez Rufi, Vice President of Rufi Real Estate, said, "We are very pleased at the completion of this project and to hand it over to our investors.
