DAMAC Properties Launches Jeddah Residences with Versace Home Interiors at Harrods
London: DAMAC Properties , one of the largest luxury developers in the Middle East, is using London's iconic 'Harrods' store to showcase 'The DAMAC Residences with Versace Home Interiors' in Jeddah.
The limited release designer residential apartments will occupy the higher floors of DAMAC Properties ' exclusive 'Al Jawharah' development on the Jeddah Corniche in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Al Jawharah is well advanced with construction at podium 3. The entire project scheduled for completion in 2013.
DAMAC Properties chose the peak summer period of July at Harrods to showcase the Versace inspired residences in a bid to appeal to visitors from the Gulf, who descend on London, and indeed the fashionable store, at this time every year.
"The DAMAC Residences with Versace Home Interiors in Jeddah will be in a class of its own. It will be one of the most glamorous and luxurious residential developments in the world, with bespoke interior design packages throughout. This collaboration with Versace Home Interiors will deliver the Italian luxury lifestyle concept to Saudi Arabia" said Hussain Sajwani, Chairman of DAMAC Properties .
DAMAC Properties will showcase its award winning regional property portfolio within the London store from July 4th until July 31st 2011.
The debut of 'The DAMAC Residences with Versace Home Interiors in Jeddah' will build upon the success of 'The DAMAC Tower with Versace Home Interiors in Beirut,' which was launched last year in Lebanon.
' DAMAC Tower with Versace Home Interiors in Beirut' represents the first Versace branded tower in the Middle East region. It has received an International Property Award for 'Best Architecture' as well as two Arabian Property Awards for 'Best Interior Design' and 'Best Architecture.'
